Persistence guarantees that results are inevitable
We are full time real estate investors. Growing up in the Midwest we both have strong work ethic values, humble family backgrounds, and aggressive goals we strive to achieve.
Patrick started investing in 1999, when his father got him into real estate. As a young boy, Patrick helped his dad out by mowing yards and painting apartments. This hard work instilled a strong will to continue down this path. His persistence has led to his success.
Kris previously worked for two governors, giving her countless organizational and executive assistant skills needed to run a business. She now shares Patrick's business sense and helps with the many day to day business operations. She too shares the persistence leading to accomplishment.
We have many types of properties, but our main focus is on investing in mobile home communities. We believe in providing affordable housing options, giving our tenants a quality community and unique homeownership solutions.
