We are full-time real estate investors with a passion for building strong communities. Having grown up in the Midwest, we both value hard work, humility, and the pursuit of ambitious goals.
Patrick began his real estate journey in 1999, inspired by his father. As a young boy, he spent time mowing lawns and painting apartments—experiences that built a strong foundation and deep appreciation for the industry. His dedication and persistence have been key to his long-term success.
Kris brings a wealth of experience from her time working for two governors, where she developed essential organizational and executive skills. These skills now serve her well in managing the day-to-day operations of the business. She shares Patrick’s entrepreneurial spirit and drive for excellence.
While we own a variety of properties, our primary focus is investing in mobile home communities. We are committed to providing affordable housing options, fostering quality living environments, and offering unique homeownership solutions to our residents.
